You cannot open the completed recording of a virtual appointment

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows a completed virtual recording in the Virtual Recording tab but you cannot open it.

Your Zoom account has password protection configured for cloud recordings

Make the necessary configuration change

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Sign in to your organization's Zoom account.
  2. Select MY ACCOUNT.

  4. Select Recording.

  5. Clear the Require users to authenticate before viewing cloud recordings setting.
