ezyVet shows a Zoom Access token is expired.(Code 124) error

The encrypted access token has a problem

The Zoom integration uses an encrypted access token that is necessary for correct operation. If there is a problem with the token, it could cause an error.

Disconnect then reconnect the integration

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Use the private browsing mode of your web browser to open ezyVet.
  2. Go to the configured Zoom integration of your site.
  3. Disconnect the integration.
  4. Reconnect the integration.
