The encrypted access token has a problem
The Zoom integration uses an encrypted access token that is necessary for correct operation. If there is a problem with the token, it could cause an error.
Disconnect then reconnect the integration
A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.
- Use the private browsing mode of your web browser to open ezyVet.
- Go to the configured Zoom integration of your site.
- Disconnect the integration.
- Reconnect the integration.
