If you completed a physical exam, you can use ezyVet Go to add information about it to the applicable clinical record.

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows calendar appointments.
2. Find and select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows an Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows a Workspace screen.
4. Select Physical Exam.
   
5. In the Enter Comments box, enter general information about the physical exam.
   
6. Select Body System.
   
   ezyVet Go shows a Body System screen.
7. Select the applicable body system type.
   
8. Select Save Physical Exam.
