You can add patient assessment information to a patient's clinical record. ezyVet Go syncs the patient assessment information to the patient's clinical record in ezyVet.

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
2. Select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows the Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Workspace screen.
4. Select Exam.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Exam screen.
5. Select Assessment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Assessment screen.
6. Use the Enter Assessment box to enter applicable information about the patient assessment.
   
7. Select Save Assessment.
