Use ezyVet Go to add patient assessment information to a clinical record.

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows calendar appointments.
2. Find and select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows an Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows a Workspace screen.
4. Select Assessment.
   
5. Use the Enter Assessment box to enter applicable information.
   
6. Select Save Assessment.
