You can add information about the clinical care plan of a patient. After you add the plan, other staff can easily see it in the patient's clinical history.

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
2. Select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows the Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Workspace screen.
4. Select Exam.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Exam screen.
5. Select Plan.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Plan screen.
6. Use the Enter Notes box to enter general information about the patient's plan.
   
7. Select Save Plan.
