Add a procedure to a clinical record

If you must do a procedure for a patient, you can record it in their clinical record. ezyVet Go shows that you added a procedure to the patient's clinical record.

Make sure that the patient has a scheduled appointment.
To add a procedure, do these steps.
Note: You can add only one procedure each time. If you must add many procedures, you must do these steps again.
  1. Open the calendar.
    ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
  2. Select the applicable appointment.

  3. Select Continue Appointment.

  4. Select Procedure.

  5. Select the applicable procedure.

  6. Select ADD Items.

  7. Use the Specifics box to enter general information about the procedure.

  8. Use the Outcome box to enter general information about the result of the procedure.

  9. If necessary, select the plus button that is adjacent to Billing triggers to add related products.

  10. Use the plus and minus buttons to change the quantity of the procedure.

    Note: If you must remove a billing trigger, select DELETE, then select DELETE again.
  11. Select Save Procedure.

ezyVet Go syncs the information to the procedure record of the patient's clinical record.
