If you must give a patient a vaccination, you can record it in their clinical record. ezyVet Go shows that you added a vaccination to the patient's clinical record.

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
2. Select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows the Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Workspace screen.
4. Select Vaccination.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Products screen.
5. Select the applicable vaccine.
   
   Note: If necessary, you can select many vaccines.
6. Select Add Items.
   
   Note: The button shows the quantity that you select.
   ezyVet Go shows the Vaccination screen.
7. Use the plus and minus buttons to change the quantity of the vaccine.
   
8. Use the Notes box to enter general information about the vaccine.
   
9. Select Save Vaccinations.
