You can add information about the general health of a patient (for example, their weight or heart rate) to the patient's clinical record. ezyVet Go syncs the health status information to the patient's clinical record in ezyVet.

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
2. Select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows the Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Workspace screen.
4. Select Exam.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Exam screen.
5. Select Health Status.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Health Status screen.
6. Enter the applicable health status information.
7. In the Notes box, enter general information about the patient's health status (for example, the patient's weight).
   
8. Use the Attitude box to select the patient's demeanor status.
   
9. Select Save Health Status.
