You can add information about the general health of a patient to their clinical record (for example, weight, heart rate, and demeanor).

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows calendar appointments.
2. Find and select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows an Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows a Workspace screen.
4. Select Health Status.
   
5. Enter the applicable information.
6. Use the Attitude box to select a demeanor status.
   
7. Select Save Health Status.
