Add patient history information to a clinical record
You can add information about the clinical history of a patient to their clinical record. ezyVet Go syncs the patient history information to the patient's clinical record in ezyVet.
Make sure that the patient has a scheduled appointment.
Note: You can add only one patient history record each time. If you
must add many patient history records, you must do this procedure
again.
- Select Continue Appointment.ezyVet Go shows the Workspace screen.
- Select Exam.ezyVet Go shows the Exam screen.
- Select History.ezyVet Go Go shows the History screen.
- In the Comments box, enter general information about the
patient's history.
- Select History System.ezyVet Go shows the History System screen.
- Select the applicable record.ezyVet Go shows the History screen.
- Select Save History.
