Use ezyVet Go to add clinical history information to a clinical record.

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows calendar appointments.
2. Find and select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows an Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows a Workspace screen.
4. Select Visit History.
   
5. In the Comments box, enter general information about the patient's history.
   
6. Select History System.
   
   ezyVet Go shows a History System screen.
7. Select an applicable history type.
   
8. Select Save Visit History.
