Use ezyVet Go to add presenting problem information to a clinical record.

1. Open the calendar.
   ezyVet Go shows calendar appointments.
2. Find and select the applicable appointment.
   ezyVet Go shows an Overview screen.
3. Select Continue Appointment.
   
   ezyVet Go shows a Workspace screen.
4. Select Presenting Problems.
   
5. Select the applicable presenting problem.
   
6. Select Save Presenting Problems.
   
   ezyVet Go shows an Exam screen.
