Make a phone template for client callbacks

A client callback in ezyVet uses a related phone template. The phone template gives the text that staff should refer to when they speak to the client during the callback. A practice manager can make the phone template.

To make a phone template, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Phone Templates.

    ezyVet shows a New Template screen.
  4. In the Template Name box, enter a name for the phone template.

  5. In the Template Group box, select an applicable template group.

  6. In the Plaintext box, enter the content of the phone template.

  7. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet makes the phone template available for selection in the Template box of the New Client Communication dialog box:

ezyVet shows the New Client Communication dialog box after you select the Callback button in an applicable record type.
