Client callbacks and the Communication dashboard tab
A different staff member can schedule a client callback for you to complete. When they schedule the callback, ezyVet makes a callback record and the Communication dashboard tab shows it. Thus, you can use the tab to easily monitor and complete your scheduled callbacks.
