Client callbacks and the Communication dashboard tab

A different staff member can schedule a client callback for you to complete. When they schedule the callback, ezyVet makes a callback record and the Communication dashboard tab shows it. Thus, you can use the tab to easily monitor and complete your scheduled callbacks.

Tip: To know if you have callbacks to complete, do frequent checks of the Communication dashboard tab.
The communication records of client callbacks for you to complete have the Pending status. To show all records that have the status, use the Communication dashboard tab. And to find and show only specified callbacks, you can use the tab filters. Examples of specified callbacks to show with the filters include:
  • Callbacks for one patient or one client
  • Callbacks of one department
  • Callbacks of a date range
  • Callbacks that are related to a type of work or procedure
Note: If the Communication dashboard tab shows a red color, ezyVet has communication records that have the Pending status. Records that have the Pending status include client callbacks for you to complete.
