About client callbacks
A client callback is a phone call that a staff member usually makes to a client after clinical work for a patient (for example, a surgical operation).

Information that you can enter for a client callback
- Clinical records

Box | Function |
---|---|
Date and Time | Use the Date and Time box to select the date and time of the callback. The boxes automatically show the date and time that a staff member selected the Callback button. If necessary, you can select a different date and time. |
Assigned Staff Member | Use the Assigned Staff Member box to select the staff member who makes the phone call. The Assigned Staff Member box automatically shows the staff member who selected the Callback button. If necessary, you can select a different staff member. |
Reason/Communicates | Use the Reason/Communicates box to give why the callback is necessary. |
Phone Number | The Phone Number box automatically shows the client's phone number. If necessary, you can change the phone number. |
Template | Use the Template box to select the phone template for the callback. |
Communication | The Communication box shows the content of the phone template that you use the Template box to select. This example image shows the Communication box after you use the Template box to select the Post Surgical Callback(Phone) phone template: |
