About refunds in ezyVet
If necessary, you can refund money to a client. For example, if a client bought an incorrect product or the product is damaged, you can refund the client's payment.
- ezyVet makes a record of the refund payment
- If necessary, you can use a credit note to put products back in your inventory
- You select a payment method to refund the money (for example, cash or a payment card)

- If necessary, make sure that the applicable client's payment card is saved in ezyVet.
