If your ezyVet site has two species records that have the same function, a practice manager can merge one with the other. A merge is an alternative to a disabled species record.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Patients.
   
3. Select Species.
   
   ezyVet shows the configured species records of your site.
4. Find and select the species record that you want to keep.
   ezyVet shows the settings of the species record.
5. Select Merge.
   
6. Use the box to select the species record to merge with the species record that you want to keep.
   
7. Select Merge.
   
   ezyVet shows a warning message.
8. Select OK.
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
   
   

ezyVet merges the species record. And ezyVet shows which species record you merged in the Records Previously Merged into this Record section:
