About record merge

If your ezyVet site has two records that have the same function or almost the same function, a practice manager can do a record merge. A record merge puts the information of one record in the other record that is necessary to keep.

You can merge many different types of ezyVet records. For example, you can merge:
  • Patient records
  • Clinical records
  • Species records
  • Patient color records
  • Contact records
This table gives important information to know about for different types of record merge:
