Configure client statements to show a remote payment link (PDF statements)

A practice manager can configure PDF client statements that staff make with ezyVet to show a remote payment link. As a result, clients can easily make payment directly from PDF statements.

Note: Remote payments only operate with payment integrations. Thus, make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured integration for the applicable payment integration (for example, Windcave or PayJunction).
To configure PDF statements, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Document Templates.

    ezyVet shows the configured document templates of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable document template.
    ezyVet shows the template settings.
  5. In the HTML box, put the cursor at the location that you want statements to show a remote payment link.
    Note: As an alternative, you can select the text that you want to add a remote payment link to.
  6. Select the link button.

  7. Set Protocol to https://

  8. In the URL box, enter {{statement.remotePaymentLink}}
  9. Select OK.

    ezyVet closes the Link dialog box.
  10. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The document template has the applicable template variable. As a result, PDF statements that staff make with ezyVet show a remote payment link.
