Settings of the Statements report

It is important to know the function of each setting of the Statements report.

This table gives each setting and its function:
Setting Function
Client Select a client for the report. If you select a client, ezyVet does the report for the client only. If you do not select a client, ezyVet does the report for all clients.
Clients of Division Select a department of your site for the report. If you do not select a department, ezyVet does the report for all departments.
Note: ezyVet shows the Clients of Division box only if your site uses a department configuration.
Has Contact Tag: (Any) Select a tag of a client contact record for the report. If you select a tag, ezyVet does the report for all contact records that have the tag. If you do not select a tag, ezyVet ignores the tags of for all applicable records.
Contact Payment Terms Select a configured payment term for the report. If you do not select a payment term, ezyVet does the report for all payment terms of all applicable contact records.
Dates Select the date range for the report.
Note: The date range is usually the month before the time that you do the report. Thus, select the first and last day of month before.
Show balances left from this date Select the date from when the report shows unpaid balances of clients.
Template Select the template to use for the report output.
Exclude Customers Sent After (Including Date Set) If selected, the report does not show clients that have statements sent after the given date.
Exclude Statements with less than or equal to If selected, the report does not show clients who have an unpaid balance that is the same or less than the given dollar value.
Transaction filter Use these settings to control:
  • If the report shows all client transactions
  • If the report only shows clients that have transactions in the date range
  • If the report only shows clients that do not have transactions in the date range
List filters Use these settings to control:
  • If the report shows all clients
  • If the report only shows clients that have an email address
  • If the report only shows clients that do not have an email address
