Configure PDF invoices to automatically show a remote payment link

After a client receives an invoice as PDF, they can select the remote payment link of the invoice to easily make payment.

Note: Remote payments only operate with payment integrations. Thus, make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured integration for the applicable payment integration (for example, Windcave or PayJunction).
To configure invoices for remote payment links, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Document Templates.

    ezyVet shows the configured document templates of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable document template.
    ezyVet shows the template settings.
  5. In the HTML box, put the cursor at the location that you want invoices to show a remote payment link.
    Note: As an alternative, you can select the text that you want to add a remote payment link to.
  6. Select the link button.

  7. Set Protocol to https://

  8. In the URL box, enter {{invoice.RemotePaymentLink}}
  9. Select OK.

  10. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The document template has the applicable template variable. As a result, PDF invoices that staff use ezyVet to make show a remote payment link.
