Make a client statement

If necessary, you can make a client statement for one client. ezyVet uses PDF for the client statement. After you make the statement, you can print it.

To show a client statement, do this procedure.
  1. Select Contacts.
    The Contacts tab
  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable client contact record.
    ezyVet shows settings and information of the contact record.
  3. Select Statement.

    ezyVet shows the View/Send Statement dialog box.
  4. In the Start Date and End Date boxes, select the date range for the client statement.

  5. If necessary, use the remaining box to select a document template that ezyVet uses to make the statement.

    Note: A practice manager configures the document template that ezyVet automatically shows in the box.
  6. Select View.

ezyVet shows a PDF document of the statement:
