When you right-click a calendar appointment, ezyVet shows the calendar shortcut menu. A practice manager can configure a document template to show in the shortcut menu. As a result, staff can quickly and easily print documents directly from the calendar. And the documents automatically show the address and patient information of the appointment.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Templates.
   
3. Select Document Templates.
   
   ezyVet shows the configured document templates of your site.
4. Find and select the applicable document template.
   ezyVet shows the settings of the document template.
5. Select For Context Menu.
   
6. Select Save.
