Configure e-booking to use Google Analytics

Before you can record and measure e-booking data with Google Analytics, a practice manager must configure the e-booking system to use a Google tag ID. The tag ID connects ezyVet e-booking to Google Analytics.

Make sure that you have a Google tag ID. If you do not have a tag ID, speak to your IT team or refer to the Google documentation about Google Analytics.
Note: For more information about the Google tag ID, refer to support.google.com/analytics/answer/9539598?hl=en.
To do the configuration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Integration.
    The Integration setting in the settings list
  3. Select eBooking Settings.
    The eBooking Settings setting
  4. In the left sidebar, select the applicable e-booking configuration.
    ezyVet shows e-booking settings.
  5. Select Customisation.
    The Customisation tab
  6. In the Tracking Id box of the Google Analytics section, enter the tag ID.
  7. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The e-booking system has the necessary configuration for Google Analytics.
