E-booking: Departments and business units

ezyVet's e-booking system is compatible with ezyVet sites that use departments or business units. As a result, each department or business unit of a site can have a dedicated e-booking system.

To make an e-booking system available for a department or business unit, a practice manager selects one during e-booking configuration. The setting that they use to select a department or business unit is For Division:
The For Division setting
Each e-booking system that a practice manager makes available for a department or business unit can have different settings and properties. Examples of the settings and properties include:
  • Title text
  • Colors
  • Logo
  • Phone number
  • Email templates
  • Google tag ID for Google Analytics

E-booking settings example

Each dedicated e-booking system for a department or business unit has a dedicated address. For example, a practice manager could make an e-booking system available for the Botany department and the North Shore department. The e-booking address of the Botany department is different to the e-booking address of the North Shore department.
