If a patient sheet is not necessary (for example, if the patient sheet is for a procedure that you completed), you can complete the patient sheet. You cannot add treatments to a patient sheet after you complete a patient sheet. You also cannot change treatments of a patient sheet after you complete the patient sheet.

1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
3. Use the arrows of the patient sheet control to select the applicable patient sheet.
   
4. Select the menu button.
   
   Vet Radar shows the menu pane.
5. Select Finalize sheet.
   
   Vet Radar shows the Finalize Sheet dialog box.
   
   
6. Select OK.
   

Vet Radar completes the applicable patient sheet. Vet Radar shows the completed patient sheets in the patient dashboard. Vet Radar identifies that you completed the patient sheets with the Finalized box:

Note: If necessary, you can start a completed patient sheet again.
