Change the department of a patient sheet

If it is necessary to move a patient to a different department, you must change the department of the patient sheet. After you change the department, the patient whiteboard shows other staff that you moved the patient to the different department.

To change the department, do this procedure.
Note: Vet Radar uses the department of a patient sheet to sync invoicing information to ezyVet. Thus, it is important to make sure that a patient sheet has the correct department. If you do not complete this procedure after you move a patient to a different department, the result could cause invoicing problems.
  1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.

  3. Select the patient sheet control.

  4. Select Attending department.

  5. Select the applicable department.
  6. Select Save Changes.
