Start a completed patient sheet again

If necessary, you can start a completed patient sheet again (for example, if you accidentally completed a patient sheet).

To start a completed patient sheet again, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot do this procedure if you discharged the patient. If you discharged the patient, you must first sync the patient from ezyVet.
  1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.
    Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
  3. In the patient information area, select the patient card.

  4. Select DASHBOARD.

  5. Select the applicable completed patient sheet.

  6. Select the menu button.

  7. Select Restore sheet.

  8. Select OK.

Vet Radar starts the completed patient sheet again. Staff can add treatments and products to the patient sheet.
