The vital chart shows the vitals information that you used a patient sheet to record. Use the vital chart to quickly and easily show the vitals of a period.

To show the vital chart, select the vital chart button:

These treatments show the vital chart button:

• Weight
• Temperature
• Heart Rate
• Respiratory Rate

When you select the vital chart button, the patient sheet shows the vital chart of the applicable treatment. For example, if you select the vital chart button of the Heart Rate treatment, the patient sheet only shows the vital values of the Heart Rate treatment.
