Unlock a clinical record
After you unlock a clinical record, persons can make changes to it. And they can make changes to records that have a relation to the clinical record.
- Make sure that your user account has the necessary permissions
- Make sure that the record is not in the clinical record lockdown period
- Select Clinical.
- Select Locked.Note: If the button does not show Locked but does show Unlocked, the clinical record is unlocked.Trouble: If you cannot see the button, you do not have the necessary permissions. Speak to your practice manager.
