Get access to user account permissions for clinical record lockdown

ezyVet has special system settings that a practice manager uses to get access to user account permissions for clinical record lockdown.

If you are a practice manager and it is necessary to set the permissions for staff, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Clinical.

  3. Select Clinical Settings.

    Important: If you cannot see the Clinical Settings command, speak to ezyVet customer support. They can give you access to the command.
  4. Select Enable Clinical Record Lock Down, Auto Lock & Clinical Approval.

  5. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The permissions are available to set for staff.
Immediately use the information given in Correct permissions to set after you get access to user account permissions for clinical record lockdown to set the correct permissions for staff user accounts.
