Correct permissions to set after you get access to user account permissions for clinical record lockdown

ezyVet has dedicated user account permissions for clinical record lockdown. It is very important to set the correct permissions for each applicable staff member immediately after you get access to the permissions for clinical record lockdown. The applicable staff members are usually persons who make changes to clinical records.

Note: This document is only applicable if:
  1. Your organization is not a university
  2. Your organization does not use ezyVet's special modules for university workflows (for example, the Student Verification - Clinical Record Assignee module)
After you get access to the user account permissions for clinical record lockdown, ezyVet shows a set of dedicated permissions in its configuration screens for permissions.
Note: After you get access to the user account permissions, ezyVet also shows permissions are that are applicable only to ezyVet's system for locked clinical records. Locked clinical records are a different method to prevent changes to clinical records. The permissions for locked clinical records are:
  • Clinical > Clinical Record > Clinical Record > Lock
  • Clinical > Clinical Record > Clinical Record > Unlock
User account permissions shows:
  • Each applicable permission
  • The correct setting for the permission

You must set the permissions for the user account of each applicable staff member.
