Configure clinical record lockdown

After a practice manager gets access to the dedicated user account permissions for clinical record lockdown and sets the permissions for staff, they can configure clinical record lockdown.

To configure clinical record lockdown, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Clinical.

  3. Select Clinical Settings.

    Important: If you cannot see the Clinical Settings command, speak to ezyVet customer support. They can give you access to the command.
  4. In the Clinical Record Lock Down section, make the necessary settings.

    Note: For information about the settings, refer to Settings of clinical record lockdown.
    Important: Only the settings in the Clinical Record Lock Down section are applicable to clinical record lockdown. The settings in the Auto Lock section have no relation to clinical record lockdown:

  5. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet prevents changes to clinical records that are in the configured period for clinical record lockdown.
