Merge a vaccination service

If a vaccination service has the same function as one other vaccination service, you can merge them.

Make sure that your user account has the Administration > Merge Records permission.
To merge a vaccination service, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Event Groups.

  3. Select Vaccine Groups.

    The left sidebar shows configured vaccination services.
  4. Find and select the vaccination service that you want to keep.
  5. Select Merge.

    If ezyVet does not show Merge, your user account does not have the Administration > Merge Records permission. Contact your practice manager.
  6. In the Merge section box, select the vaccination service to merge into the one that you selected in step 4.

  7. Select Merge.
    ezyVet shows a warning message.
  8. Select OK.

The vaccination services are merged. The Records Previously Merged into this RecordMake sure that your user account has the Administration > Merge Records permission section of the screen shows information about the merge.
