When staff make a pharmacy prescription or do an external dispense, ezyVet can automatically make an applicable prescription document. To make the prescription document, ezyVet uses a document template that has the applicable content. A practice manager can configure which document template ezyVet uses to automatically make the prescription document.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Templates.
   
3. Select Template Settings.
   
4. Select Clinical Settings.
   
5. In the External Dispense Form box of the Other Templates section, select the applicable document template.
   
6. Select Save.
