Disable products that are not frequently invoiced

A practice manager can disable the records of products that staff do not invoice frequently.

To disable the product records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Product.

  4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  5. Set the filter to Product Qty Invoiced In The Last *.

  6. Select the applicable period that ezyVet will use to find the records.

  7. Enter the quantity of products invoiced in the applicable period ezyVet will use to find the records.

    Tip: Use the mathematical comparison setting that is adjacent to the quantity box to help find the applicable records.
  8. Select Show Records.

    The products that are not recently invoiced
  9. Select the applicable records.
  10. Select All or Selected.

    Note: To disable all records of the search results, select All. To disable only the records that you select, select Selected.
  11. In the Action list, select Product - Disable.

  12. Select Action.

  13. Select Disable Product.

The product records are disabled.
