Merge a product record

If your ezyVet site has two product records that have the same function, a practice manager can merge one with the other.

To merge the records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Products.

  3. Select Products.

    The left sidebar shows the configured products of your site.
  4. Find and select the product record that you want to keep.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the product record.
  5. Select Merge.

  6. Use the box to select the product record to merge with the product record that you want to keep.

  7. Select Merge.

  8. Select OK.
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet merges the product record. And ezyVet shows which product record you merged in the Records Previously Merged into this Record section:
