Before a practice manager can configure products with a service fee, they must make a service fee product.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Products.
   
   ezyVet shows a New Product screen.
3. In the Properties section, set Type to Service Fee.
   
4. In the Product Name box, enter a name for the service fee.
   
5. In the Primary Group box, select an applicable product group for the product.
   
6. In the Price box, enter the price of the service fee.
   
7. In the Tax Rate box, select the tax rate of the service fee.
   
8. In the Inc. GST box, enter the tax-inclusive dollar value of the service fee.
   
9. If applicable, use the Department box to select the department of the service fee.
   
   Note: ezyVet only shows the Department box if your site uses a department configuration.

   Tip: To add and remove different departments and related tax rates for the service fee product, select the plus and minus buttons:
   
   
10. Select Save.
