About ezyPrint

ezyPrint is a cloud printing system. You can use ezyPrint to print labels or documents with one printer from computers in many different locations in your organization.

Before you can use ezyPrint, a practice manager must: configure the ezyPrint integration for one Microsoft Windows device that is connected to a printer. Then, you can print documents and labels from computers in your organization to the printer. As a result, it is not necessary to connect each computer to the printer.

Some features of ezyPrint:
  • Because you can print from many different locations in your organization, your staff have more time to do other tasks
  • Because you must configure a primary printer, it is not necessary to select a printer each time that you print documents and labels.
  • Because you can print directly from ezyVet, it is not necessary to use a different program to print documents and labels.

The function of ezyPrint
Note: For correct operation of ezyPrint, make sure that the Windows device that the printer is connected to is on. But it is not necessary to sign in to the device for correct operation.
Note: The device that a printer is connected to for ezyPrint must use Microsoft Windows. It is not possible to use a different operating system for the device that has the connected printer.
Note: The ezyPrint integration is fully compatible with these operating systems only:
  • Windows 11
  • Windows 10 (64-bit and 32-bit)
  • Windows Server 2022
  • Windows Server 2019

Printing without ezyPrint

It is possible to print documents and labels without ezyPrint. But if you do not use ezyPrint:
  • You must save files and print them with a different application
  • You cannot use ezyPrint to print files from a computer in a different location to the printer
