ezyPrint information that shows for departments, business units, and sites
ezyVet shows different ezyPrint information to staff when they are signed in to a department, a business unit, or a ezyVet site.
For example, you can configure an ezyPrint integration for each department of an ezyVet site. When a staff member signs in to a business unit of the site, the department printers do not show to the staff member. Or for a different example, you can configure an ezyPrint integration for each business unit of a site. When a staff member signs in to a department of the business unit, all available printers for the business unit show to the staff member.

- Each department of an ezyVet site has a configured ezyPrint integration
- The staff member is signed in to a department, business unit, or the site

ezyPrint site configuration: Information that is available to staff
Note: If your ezyVet site uses departments or business units, IDEXX recommends that you do not configure an ezyPrint integration for the site. If you configure ezyPrint for the site, all departments and business units have access to all available printers for the site.
