Customer support for ezyPrint
Before you contact ezyVet customer support about printing problems, it is important to know which problems they can help you with.
- Deactivate ezyPrint for the applicable printer
- Do a check of the printer and make sure that it operates correctly (for example, do a check for paper jams or do a test print)
If the printer continues to have problems after you deactivate ezyPrint, contact your IT team and tell them to troubleshoot the printer.
If the printer does not have problems after you deactivate ezyPrint, contact ezyVet customer support.
ezyVet customer support can only help you with IDEXX products. For example, if you want to configure a physical printer, ezyVet customer support cannot help you because the printer is not an IDEXX product. But because ezyPrint is an IDEXX product, ezyVet customer support can help you with printing tasks and problems that are related to ezyPrint.
