ezyVet shows a Failed to sync Product: Duplicate
record register error when you try to sync a product
Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows Failed to
sync Product: Duplicate record register detected when you try to sync a
product record of a central site to an inherited site:
A staff member selected the RE-SYNC PRODUCT button
immediately after they made a change to the product record
As a result of the error, the product record has incorrect data and you
cannot sync it to an inherited site. To correct the problem, you must speak
to IDEXX customer support.
Tip: To prevent the same problem with other
product records, do not select RE-SYNC PRODUCT
immediately after you make a change to a product record. Wait for ezyVet to automatically sync the product
data.
