Notes of a client contact record

An ezyVet contact record can have dedicated notes information. Use notes to enter general information about the record that you or other staff can easily refer to.

Enter the notes in the Contact Notes box of the Details tab of a contact record.

The {ContactNotes} template variable

You can use the {ContactNotes} template variable to show the notes of a contact record in a document.

The Notes Important setting

The notes box of the contact record has a Notes Important setting:

If you select Notes Important, the box shows a red color after you save the record:

Notes that you set to Notes Important show in the invoices of the related client. This helps you to easily identify important information about the client and their invoices:
