Change the hospital of many client contact records

A practice manager can use the Records dashboard tab to change the ezyVet hospital of many client contact records to a different hospital.

To make changes, do this procedure
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Contact.

  4. If necessary, set applicable filters that ezyVet uses to show the records.

  5. Select Show Records.

  6. Select the applicable client contact records.
  7. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you selected, select Selected.
  8. Set Action to Change Contact Hospital.

  9. Select Action.

    ezyVet shows a Change Hospital dialog box.
  10. In the Change Contact Hospital box, select the applicable hospital.

  11. Select Change Hospital.
The client contact records are connected to the hospital that you selected in step 10.
