Configure optional date-of-birth information when staff make client contact records
When staff make a client contact record, it is usually necessary to enter date-of-birth information. But a practice manager can configure optional date-of-birth information.
Note: This procedure changes the configuration of all contact
record types. You cannot change the configuration of client contact records
only.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Settings.
- Select Record Properties.
- Select Properties: Contact.ezyVet shows the properties of contact records.
- Clear the Required checkbox that is adjacent to the
Date of Birth box.
