About ezyVet hospitals
An ezyVet site has one or more ezyVet hospitals that are connected to it. Each ezyVet hospital identifies a different physical location of your organization.
The relation between hospitals and departments in ezyVet
In ezyVet, a hospital is different from a department. Departments connect to a hospital. And each hospital has one or more departments that are connected to it. A department has the same physical location as the hospital that it connects to.
Physical address, phone number, and email address information of a hospital
In the hospital configuration screen, a hospital's physical address, phone number, and email address information shows in the Address section and Contact Details section. It is important to make sure that a hospital's address and phone number information is correct. If necessary, you can make changes to the information in the applicable sections.
Hospital information that shows in other areas in ezyVet
Different areas of the ezyVet user interface can show the names of hospitals that your ezyVet site has. For example, user interface boxes in different areas of ezyVet can show the name of a department and its hospital. The hospital name in a user interface box is between parentheses and shows after the department name. Select Department box is an example of a box that shows a department name and its related hospital. Boarding is the name of the department. And Botany is the name of the hospital.
