Make sure that a record screen shows changed information correctly

After you make changes to an ezyVet record, it is possible that the record does not show the changes immediately. For example, after you send an email message from a patient record, the record could possibly not show the email communication record immediately. To show the changes, you can refresh the record tab.

To refresh a record tab, do this procedure.
  1. Find the applicable record tab.
  2. Right-click the record tab. Then, select Refresh.

ezyVet refreshes the record and shows the changes if applicable.
