Communication task configuration

Configure the time range that ezyVet uses to send messages

ezyVet automatically sends messages only during a time range. If necessary, a practice manager can configure a different time range.

To configure the time range, do this procedure.
Note: This procedure is applicable only to the time range that ezyVet uses to automatically send messages. If necessary, staff can manually send messages at all times.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select System.

    ezyVet shows a System Settings screen.
  4. Select Hours/Tasks.
    The Hours/Tasks tab
  5. Use the Start and End boxes that are adjacent to Communication Hours to enter the different time range.

  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet has the different time range.
