Remove a custom product

If a custom product is not necessary, a practice manager can remove it. If a practice manager removes a custom product, staff cannot add the custom product to a patient sheet.

To remove a custom product, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.
  1. Select Settings.

  2. Select Custom Products.

  3. Find and select the applicable product.

  4. Select Delete Product.

  5. Select OK.
