Make a custom medication product
A practice manager can make a custom medication product that does not have billing triggers (for example, a patient's medication that the client bought).
Note: This procedure uses Gabapentin as an example. The values shown are examples
only.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to make a custom product. You must
use the web app.
- Select Settings.Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
- Select Custom Products.Vet Radar shows the Custom Products screen.
- Select + Create Custom Product.Vet Radar shows the Add Custom Product screen.

In the Product Name box, enter the name.

In the Product Type box, select
Medication.
Vet Radar shows the Dosage (per task) settings.

In the Sheet Group box, select the applicable
sheet group.

In the Clinical Record Note Mapping box, select the
applicable record.

In the Route of administration box, select the
applicable route of administration.

In the Concentration box, enter the concentration
value.

In the Dose rate* box, enter the dose rate value.

Select Create Custom Product.
