How Vet Radar syncs custom product data to ezyVet
A practice manager can configure where Vet Radar syncs the data of a custom product to a patient’s clinical record in ezyVet.
Note: Vet Radar automatically syncs
the custom product data to the Hospital Notes section of the
patient's clinical record.
When you make a custom product, you can select
where Vet Radar syncs the information to the patient's
clinical record. The clinical records that you can select are:
- Hospital Notes
- Health Status
- Physical Exam
- Assessments
- In Clinic Notes
The attending veterinarian makes a decision that Chester must receive physiotherapy
after his orthopedic surgery. The practice manager wants to make sure the Vet Radar syncs the information to the
Assessments record in ezyVet.
The practice manager:
- Makes a custom product with the name Physiotherapy
- Uses the Clinical Record Note Mapping box of the custom product to select Assessments
The nurse adds the Physiotherapy custom product to Chester's patient sheet and schedules a treatment task. When the nurse completes the treatment task, they enter information about Chester's tolerance of the treatment and the physiotherapy routines that they did. Vet Radar automatically syncs the data to the Assessments record of the patient's clinical record in ezyVet.
